At Nava Nandagrama Vedic Village, cow protection is not merely a religious sentiment but a fundamental pillar of a prosperous and spiritually enriched civilization. Our commitment to caring for cows brings immense social, environmental, and spiritual benefits.
Protecting cows fosters harmony and ensures stability in human life.
Cows provide invaluable contributions, and their protection is a way of expressing our gratitude.
They provide the miracle food—milk—which nourishes the brain and promotes overall well-being.
From cow’s milk, we obtain ghee, butter, cheese, and various sweets, all essential for a sattvic diet.
Scientific research confirms that cow urine has numerous medicinal properties that can aid in healing.
Cow dung and urine serve as the best organic fertilizers, enriching soil health and promoting sustainable farming.
Our oxen play a vital role in plowing fields, preparing lime mortar, extracting oil, drawing water from wells, and transportation.
Cow slaughter disrupts nature’s balance, leading to severe consequences such as wars, droughts, and pandemics.
We have dedicated 8 acres of land exclusively for grazing, where our cows, bulls, and calves roam freely. Every morning, our 35 cows joyfully set off to graze and return in the evening, creating a heartwarming sight reminiscent of Lord Krishna’s pastimes when He lovingly took His cows and calves to the fields of Vrindavan.
Unlike modern practices, we do not use artificial insemination for breeding. Instead, we uphold the natural order by having a breeding bull, ensuring the purity and well-being of future generations.
Through these efforts, we are reviving the ancient, sustainable way of life where cows are revered and cared for, bringing blessings, prosperity, and divine grace to all
